  報告題目德國attocube皮米精度激光干涉儀在精密測量中的應用

   Xiaonan SHEN(沈肖楠) received his Phd from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. The title of his thesis is Probing electronic structures of graphene under magnetic field and electric field by Raman spectroscopy. Dr. Shen Joined Quantum Design China (Head office, Beijing) since the year of 2015 and his position is sales engineer for attocube products. Quantum Design China (QDC) is famous for manufacturing systems like PPMS (Physical Properties Measurement System) for transportation measurements under low temperature and high magnetic fields. QDC is now collaborating with attocube (Munich, from Germany) and the exclusive agency for attocube systems in China.   

  Zhihong GONG(弓志宏) received his master's degree from Beijing Institute of Technology. He Joined Quantum Design China (Head office, Beijing) since the year of 2018 and his position is product manager for attocube motion and sensing products. Quantum Design China (QDC) is famous for manufacturing systems like PPMS (Physical Properties Measurement System) for transportation measurements under low temperature and high magnetic fields. QDC is now collaborating with attocube (Munich, from Germany) and the exclusive agency for attocube systems in China.   

  摘要:德國attocube公司致力于提供超高精度與穩定性的解決方案,設備具有用戶友好,全自動以及設計緊湊的特點。 

  本次報告,主要介紹具有皮米精度與高工作帶寬的基于光纖發射的激光干涉儀(IDS3010)在無損測量方面的研究。例如:超高精度閉路反饋位移臺項目,漂移測量,高速轉子跳動誤差測量,振動分析,位移臺等工具的位移實時監測。 

  德國attocube公司提供壓電式納米精度位移臺。位移臺可在極端環境下工作,例如超高真空(UHV),極低溫與強磁場環境。位移臺具有高強度,大行程,高精度,納米級別可重復性,高度契合需要高精度與高穩定性的測量。 

  德國attocube公司的掃描探針顯微鏡為研究納米尺度顯微成像提供了應用廣泛的平臺。我們的儀器測量平臺可以表征各種納米尺度材料的性質。掃描探針顯微鏡的種類包含例如原子力顯微鏡,磁力顯微鏡,壓電力顯微鏡,導電力顯微鏡,掃描霍爾探針顯微鏡以及探究量子光學的共聚焦顯微鏡與拉曼顯微鏡。
